Good enough build for PvP?
This is my main derv build that I use for PvE and I was wondering if anybody has any critiques to modify it so that it can withstand PvP. I haven't tried it out yet (and tbh I'm kinda nervous cause I love this build so much but I am scared to see it fail in PvP :P) Any helpful criticism will be greatly appreciated!
Attributes:
12 Scythe Mastery, 16 Earth Prayers 12+1+3, 3 Mysticism
Build is in attachment below but if that doesn't work here's the template code: OgCjkyrM7QZicX6XXgSXfbaXdbA

I used VoS in PvP already, and it was working even in RA

Maybe you manage to bore your enemies to death. I am sorry to disappoint you but that build is useless in pvp. Enemies won't even notice you're there. Also, do not ever bring superior runes, that won't make your monks happy.

Dunno which pvp format you're interested in but I've seen people run builds similar to yours in Fort Aspenwood but they bring something like mystic sandstorm or sand shards instead of shield of force so that they can take out gate NPCs.

What kind of PvP are you planning to use this build in? It's a pretty important question, as depending on what kind of PvP you're planning to use that in, that build could either be decent or very ineffective.
Anyways, I'd suggest you spec higher mysticism - if I'm not mistaken every one of your skills is energy based (except for Signet of Pious Light, which you said you'd substitue with a res sig), and without the higher mysticism, you'll end up with major energy problems.
About the res sig - a resurrection signet is essential for RA/Codex/HA/GvG. But if you're just planning to do JQ/FA/AB, you won't need it, as people get resurrected automatically.
Also, how are you runing your armor? I saw that you have 16 Earth Prayers, but what kind of runes/insignias are on the rest of your armor? I ask because of the superior earth prayers rune; Superior runes lower your health by quite a bit, and in general (that is, for most PvP formats) I'd advise against them. However, if your max health is high enough even with the superior rune, you won't have any issues.
Back to the build - since I'm assuming you're trying to do AoE damage through VoS, I'd recommend, as Elnino said, to take Sand Shards as well. It'll boost your AoE damage output, and those two coupled with the cracked armor of Staggering Force will deal some decent damage, provided your enemies stay in it (hence why I asked what type of PvP you'd be planning to use the build in).
Hope I helped a bit

I was planning to use it in RA but I see I need to make some major adjustments. I'll get rid of the last two and maybe put in sand shards or mystic sandstorm and add some more energy boosts. Thanks for the help guys!

What can I say except that I hope you'll play against me...
You need damage. in RA you have monks, their job is to keep you alive, you don't have to worry about that. Do not ever use superior runes in RA, no matter what. The objective of RA is to kill your opponents, and there is no way that build will even scratch them. What you and every other melee needs is: skill to increase attack speed, skill to run faster, high damage. You don't have any of that.

Why so you can show me how much that build sucks?
I think if I do RA I'm just gonna do an Avatar of Balthazar build and continue to use this for PvE, because personally for me it works really well . And about that major rune...I actually wasn't planning on using it in PvP because I have it on my highlander woad which I PvE with. In PvP I would use my regular norn hood which has +1 Mysticism.

An Avatar of Balthazar build would work fine for RA. I just wouldn't suggest using VoS like in your original post, because the goal of a VoS build is to pump out AoE damage with a scythe, which isn't so effective in RA, as your enemies won't bunch up and will continually kite you.

EDA does the same thing, blinds, and can be kept up constantly. Use that instead.
